We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, energetic individual that live and breathe SALES. Don't expect to sit and wait for business to walk in, your success will be 100% dependant on the effort you put in!
Suitable candidates will exceed the below minimum standards,
- Sales experience - its not just a product, its a way of life, its a dream come true, its being part of your customers journey
- Potential growth attributes - such as leadership skills / conflict resolution / forward thinking ideas
- Experience with used vehicles, including trade-in evaluations, canvassing, deal closing skills etc.
- Handles a PC like a pro, strong admin capabilities allowing for a seamless sales process
- Honest, dedicated, approachable, open to self-development and keen to continuously improve your skill set
- Valid SA driver's license
- Professional Language ability in a business environment
- Great at reading the customer with a knack for persuasion and deal closing techniques
