What you’ll do 
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department to achieve efficient and effective service delivery. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters. 
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance. 
  • Manage staffing, training, and performance of service personnel to foster a high-performance culture. 
  • Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution. 
 
What you bring 
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role, preferably within the commercial vehicle or trucking industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 
  • Solid understanding of service management principles, customer service excellence, and operational processes.
