Service Advisor - MMG Ford Newcastle
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and accurately assess their service needs.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage service requests.
- Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs.
- Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Process service orders and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Evolve DMS is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
