The ideal candidate will have experience in used vehicle sales management, a passion for customer service excellence, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Automark sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service standards. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Manage pricing and inventory control. 
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the sales team. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
 
What You’ll Bring: 
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with pre-owned vehicles. 
  • Experience in the valuation of vehicles for possible trade-in. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service. 
  • Knowledge of Toyota Automark systems and processes is an advantage. 
  • Valid driver’s license.
