What You’ll Do 

  • Direct all dealership functions, including sales, service, parts, and finance, to maximize revenue and achieve CSI excellence.  
  • Control costs, optimize inventory, and ensure adherence to Ford standards.  
  • Recruit, train, and inspire staff while driving marketing initiatives for sustained growth.  
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. 
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive new and repeat business. 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and corrective action where necessary. 
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years in automotive operations. 
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • Computer literate (CRM systems, Excel, Word, Email).
