Dealer Principal - MMG Hyundai Queenstown
MMG is looking for a high performance, experienced and self-motivated Dealer Principal to help grow and expand our Hyundai dealership in Queenstown
Applicants must have extensive motor industry experience with specific focus on management and sales. Preference will be given to candidates who show a proven track record of managing and growing a motor business.
Below list of key performance areas,
1. Maximizing customer service levels in all areas of the dealership
2. Management & motivation of all staff
3. Meeting performance criteria for the dealership including financial, sales and after sales targets
4. Maintaining a healthy and positive relationship with the OEM
5. Ensuring company policy and procedures are observed
6. Fostering and growing the MMG brand reputation in the area
